Illuminate Your Senses with French Artist Chloé Kelly Miller From du Louvre to Thailand with “Bring To Light” 11 July – 11 August 2024 RCB Galleria 4, 2nd floor, River City Bangkok.

River City Bangkok and MozArt Advisory are ecstatic to announce the arrival of the enigmatic Chloé Kelly Miller in Thailand with her spellbinding exhibition, “Bring to Light”. Fresh off the heels of her acclaimed showcase, “Sublimation,” at the prestigious Carrousel du Louvre (Paris, France), Chloe is ready to ignite the Asian art scene in Bangkok, Thailand, setting her sights on River City Bangkok for her next grand adventure.

Chloe Kelly Miller, equipped with a degree in psychology, being hard of hearing and not fitting into the societal norms for a woman in European society, has turned her differences into strengths.

Light, a complex subject rich in meanings, varies in its definition from one discipline to another. For this exhibition, we envision light in a simple manner: as a force emitted by natural sources such as the sun or stars. In the field of visual arts, it manifests through the arrangement of colors, ranging from the darkest to the lightest, thereby creating depth and perspective. This dimension of light is fundamental in art and is at the heart of our exploration in Bangkok.

The exhibition “Bring to Light” explores the dynamic relationship between the artist and light, where the artist uses it to shape their works through different forms and shades. The way each artist captures and incorporates light into their work reveals the cultural diversity of art. Indeed, artistic expression is deeply rooted in the traditions and codes of each culture, making art a powerful reflection of societal identity. Thus, “Bring to light” aims to explore light as a source and medium of creation, offering a reflection on its impact in the artistic process.

Delving deep into her French roots and cultural heritage, Chloe embarks on a journey through the Enlightenment era, exploring the multifaceted concept of light. From its mystical allure to its symbolic significance, light takes center stage in Chloe’s exploration, transcending disciplines and definitions. In her artistic vision, light becomes not just a physical phenomenon but a profound force that shapes perception and reality.

ABOUT THE ARTIST

Born in Rouen, France in 1995, Chloe Kelly Miller currently lives and works in Paris. With a degree in clinical psychology, she developed her artistry as a self-taught in parallel with her studies. Her craftsmanship grew through a variety of media, tools, and practice. She displays an eclectic body of work, consisting of photographs, acrylics, and more recently, sculptures. As time went on, she carefully constructed a rich foundation in history, form and introspection.

Oriented towards monumental and interactive exhibitions in France and internationally, the artist offers you the opportunity to discover a singular universe. Since childhood, her artwork was nourished, and inspired by figuration between the visible and invisible (psyche, body language and behavior). She also weaves writing and dialogue, both fundamentally and dimensionally in her creative process.

Between Bangkok, Morocco, Spain, Paris and other major French cities, Chloe exhibits her work amongst contemporary, modern masters and emerging artists. She has numerous collaborations with restaurants, automotive brands, such as Peugeot and Vespa, textile designers and architects around the world.

MozArt Advisory bridges the gap between the art world and Thailand by spotlighting emerging French artist Chloé Kelly Miller. Set against the backdrop of River City Bangkok’s second floor, the “Bring to Light” exhibition promises a sensory feast for art enthusiasts and cultural aficionados alike. This immersive experience invites viewers to unravel the complexities of light through Chloe’s masterful strokes and visionary insights.

Don’t miss your chance to witness the magic of Chloé Kelly Miller’s “Bring to Light” exhibition, where art and enlightenment collide in a symphony of color and imagination. The exhibition is open from 11 July – 11 August 2024 at RCB Galleria 4, 2nd floor, River City Bangkok.
